When the user tries to login the following errors occur:

The user tries to log in by username XYY is failed; the user trying to log in is already logged into the QuickBooks company file. Try to login with another username
The admin id of the user is already signed in to the company data file and knows How to fix QuickBooks login by customer support.



When the user tries to login the users come up with the following QB login errors:

·       ·        The QB user or accountant logging into the company data file is basically utilizing the remote                    access, and the reason is the user is not logged out successfully from the previous session
·         The company file user has been logged in from a different system on the multiuser mode
·         The internet connection is the main reason behind the login error

In order to fix the login errors:
